Refund Policy

1. Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services and custom software development, refunds are generally not provided once work has started.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if:

• Service is not delivered as agreed
• Project is cancelled before work begins
• Technical failure prevents delivery from our side

3. Subscription Services

For SaaS products:

• Users may cancel subscriptions anytime
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

4. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
